تم تأسيس معهد التدريب الفني (TTI) كذراع للتدريب والتطوير لشركة الخدمات الفنية الخاصة (STS) بهدف دعم تطوير المواطنين العمانيين من خلال برامج التدريب المهني المدعومة من الحكومة. يقدم المعهد تدريبًا معتمدًا دوليًا في مجالات مثل السقالات، عمليات الرفع، وبرامج HSE المعتمدة من PDO، ويواصل تقديم تدريب عالي الجودة في قطاع النفط والغاز والبناء.
